Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from KALBI Stainless Steel.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging should be available.
- A valid proof of purchase or order details may be required.
- An unboxing video may be required for damaged or incorrect product claims.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Non-returnable items
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
